Use the email or telephone below for billing, account, refund, or privacy questions. Include your account email and, for a payment issue, its payment or subscription reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CVV, or full card details.
Digital delivery; no shipping
Services are provided online at examzeta.com. No physical product is shipped and no delivery address is needed for quiz access. Free quizzes are available through the site. Paid access is enabled after payment verification; bank or provider confirmation delays can postpone activation. For institute subscriptions, use Check payment status to retry workspace activation.
If access is missing
If money was debited and access has not appeared, contact us with your payment reference. Do not pay again while the transaction is being checked. A payment confirmation alone does not mean provisioning has completed. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to request review of non-delivery or duplicate charges.
