How ExamZeta AI by Coding Adda handles account information, quiz results, institute records, and payment references.

Information used by the platform
We process information you provide when signing in or using the service, including your name, email, institute details, student records, quiz content, answers, scores, and time taken. Google sign-in supplies account information authorized through that sign-in flow. Hosting and authentication services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and security events.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate accounts, create and operate institute workspaces, provide quizzes and performance feedback, verify subscription access, resolve support requests, and protect the service. Institute administrators can access the student records and results made available within their institute. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for these purposes.
Payments
Razorpay processes checkout and recurring payments. Coding Adda processes payment, invoice, subscription, and status references needed to verify access and reconcile billing. Do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords, or OTPs to our support contacts. Payment information entered into Razorpay checkout is handled under Razorpay’s own privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses cookies and session storage mechanisms. The performance agent stores up to 100 detailed quiz and practice attempts in browser local storage, separated by account identifier or guest history. This includes question content, selections, outcomes, and timing. This history does not automatically sync across devices. Signing out does not erase browser-local history; clear this site’s browser data on shared devices if you want to remove it. Clearing site data may also sign you out.
Service providers and access
The current platform uses Supabase for authentication and hosted data, Vercel for hosting, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and Razorpay for payments. These providers process information necessary for their services and may operate infrastructure outside your location. Access may also be provided where needed to respond to lawful requests, protect users, or investigate misuse. Third-party websites linked from the platform have their own policies.
Automated learning feedback
The current performance agent uses scoring rules to identify topic accuracy and select practice questions. Its detailed progress history is stored in your browser. This feature does not currently send your quiz answers to an external large language model. Any future feature that changes how learning data is processed should be described before use.
Retention and deletion requests
Account and institute information is retained as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Billing records may need to be retained after account closure. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us; identity and institute authority may need to be verified. Contact your institute as well for records it manages. Deleting an account does not automatically remove local browser data or cancel a subscription.
Students and children
Institutes, parents, and guardians should ensure appropriate authorization for a child’s use and for student records provided to the service. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been collected without appropriate authorization, or to request review or removal. We will assess the request under applicable law and the institute’s responsibilities.
Security and choices
We use the platform’s authentication and access controls to restrict access, but no online service can promise absolute security. Protect your credentials and use trusted devices. You may choose not to provide optional information; information required for authentication or billing may be necessary to use the corresponding feature.
