About the service
ExamZeta AI is the exam-platform product by Coding Adda. It provides online quizzes, practice tools, and institute workspaces for managing students, quizzes, and results. These terms cover the platform at examzeta.com. The plan and features shown at checkout describe the service you are purchasing; a demonstration or proposed feature is not a guarantee that it is included.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. An institute owner must be authorized to purchase services and manage information for that institute. Do not impersonate another person, share access without permission, or submit information you are not entitled to use. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Students and institute information
Institutes are responsible for the student records and learning materials they upload, for informing students and parents about platform use, and for obtaining permissions required by applicable law. Where a student is a minor, use must be arranged with appropriate parent, guardian, or institute authorization. Contact us if student information has been submitted without authority.
Subscriptions, prices, and activation
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Review the amount, billing interval, applicable charges, and plan limits before authorizing payment. Paid access starts after payment verification. Institute subscriptions renew monthly as disclosed at checkout, until cancelled or the stated subscription term ends. A failed or pending payment does not activate a new workspace. Do not submit another payment if you were charged but access is pending; check payment status or contact us.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future institute renewals using Institute billing & setup. For student subscriptions or help with cancellation, contact us using the details below. Removing an account or signing out does not itself cancel a payment mandate. Cancellation and refund eligibility are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Coupons and access limits
A valid quiz coupon may reduce the current quiz attempt to zero. Coupon use does not create a paid institute subscription, change account permissions, or entitle the holder to a cash refund. Coupons may be changed or withdrawn for future use. Student caps and other published plan limits apply to institute subscriptions.
Acceptable use and content
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another institute’s data, distribute harmful content, or upload material that infringes others’ rights. You retain ownership of content you provide and permit us to process and display it as needed to deliver the service. You may use platform materials for their intended learning and assessment purposes; redistribution beyond those purposes requires permission or another lawful basis.
Learning outcomes and availability
Quiz answers, automated analysis, and recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed for important educational decisions. The service does not guarantee exam results, admission, employment, accreditation, or uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or address security issues. If a paid service is not delivered, contact us under the refund policy.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats, or unpaid subscription periods. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Changes to prices or material subscription terms should be communicated before they affect future billing. The policy date identifies the current version; a policy update does not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.
Questions and disputes
Contact us first with your account email and relevant transaction reference so we can investigate. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Nothing here prevents you from using a lawful complaint or dispute-resolution process.
